Try NowNEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the CUET UG 2024 exam scheduled for tomorrow, May 15, for Delhi candidates only due to 'unavoidable reasons'. The Common University Entrance Test - Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024 papers -- chemistry, biology, general test and English -- will now be held on May 29. The testing agency informed that the revised CUET UG 2024 admit card for these candidates will be issued soon. NTA is going to commence this year's university entrance exam from tomorrow for all other candidates.

"It is being informed to all the concerned candidates and stakeholders that due to unavoidable reasons, the test papers (Chemistry -306, Biology - 304, English - 101, and General Test - 501) which were earlier scheduled on 15 May 2024 stand postponed for the candidates appearing in Centres across Delhi only. The examination will now be held on 29 of May 2024. The revised Admit Cards will be issued for candidates appearing in center across Delhi," said NTA in an official notice.
NTA clarified that the CUET 2024 exam will be held as per the schedule for candidates of all other cities across the country including Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Noida, as well as the examination centres abroad. Morover, further exams scheduled on May 16, 17, and 18 at all exam centres including Delhi will be conducted as scheduled, it added.
"For more details regarding the CUET (UG) 2024, the candidates may contact 011 - 40759000 / 011 -69227700 or e-mail at cuet-ug@nta.ac.in," NTA said in the notice.
As per the schedule, the CUET 2024 exam will be held in pen and paper mode from May 15 to 18. NTA has issued the CUET 2024 admit card for all the candidates appearing for May 15-18 exams on the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/.
Recently, several candidates complained of not being able to download the CUET UG admit card 2024 and missing examination centres. Following the complaints, NTA advised the applicants to download their CUET UG hall tickets 2024 on May 14 evening.
