DCECE 2020 application last date extended till June 28

NEW DELHI: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has announced further extension of the last date to submit DCECE application form till June 28. Candidates will be able to pay the application fee through challan till June 29, 2020 (banking hours). However, application fee can be paid online through credit card/ debit card/ net banking till June 30, 2020. The authorities have suggested the ongoing lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic to be the reason behind the further extension of last date of applications.
Candidates will be able to make corrections in the details provided through the DCECE application form between July 1 and July 4, 2020. Application corrections shall be allowed online through the official website only.

Earlier, the authorities had announced that the final date to submit the DCECE application form was June 19, 2020. The previous dates to pay the fee through challan was June 20 and through online payment was June 21 respectively.
It may be noted that the DCECE 2020 examination was postponed due to prolonged lockdown in the state on account of COVID-19 pandemic. The date of examination is yet to be announced till date as the situation is no better than before and conduct of examinations while maintaining social distancing and student welfare is a big task for the authorities.
