Download EBookNEW DELHI: The Delhi coaching centre, Rau’s IAS Study Circle, where three UPSC civil services aspirants died due to rain-induced flooding in its basement expressed grief over the loss. The private institute, which is under fire for the student deaths, promised cooperation to the ongoing probe and support to the affected families.

“In light of the recent tragic event involving the students of Rajendra Nagar Rau's IAS Study Circle, Rau's IAS Study Circle extends its heartfelt condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased students, Tanya Soni, Nivin Dalwin, and Shreya Yadav. Our thoughts are profoundly with the families during this incredibly difficult time,” the institute said in a statement issued on Sunday.
The IAS coaching centre situated in Delhi’s Old Rajinder Nagar said that it recognizes the impact of the incident on friends, families, and the student community. “We are deeply saddened by the loss of these promising young individuals who were preparing to serve our nation with dedication and commitment. This tragedy has touched us all, and we recognize the profound impact it has had on their families, friends, and the broader community.”
The coaching institute expressed full commitment to supporting the ongoing investigations into the “tragic incident”. “We are cooperating fully with the relevant authorities and agencies to ensure that all necessary information is provided and that the investigation proceeds with the utmost diligence. We are dedicated to assisting in any way possible to uncover the truth and ensure accountability,” it said.
The private coaching institute went on to say that it is obliged to provide support to the families of students and address any related concerns. With this, the coaching centre urged the public to respect the privacy of the families and to extend their support and compassion.
“Our organization stands united in honoring the memory of Ms. Tanya Soni, Mr. Nivin Dalwin, and Ms. Shreya Yadav. Their aspirations and dreams will be remembered, and their loss will be felt deeply by all who knew them,” the IAS Study Circle said.
