DTE conducts MAH MBA/MMS CET 2018 on March 10 and 11, 2018

NEW DELHI, MARCH 9: MAH CET 2018 has begun today with around one lakh MBA aspirants expected to take the exam in the computer-based test over multiple windows on March 10 and 11.
According to the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra which conducts MAH CET 2018; the morning slot begins from 9 AM and the a fternoon slot is scheduled to begin at 1 PM on both the days. Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is a state level entrance examination held once a year for the admission to the full-time Post Graduate Degree Courses in Management (MBA/MMS) in various institutes in Maharashtra. Around 40,000 seats are offered in different MBA programmes across B-schools in Maharashtra state on the basis of MAH CET scores. MAH CET result is scheduled to be declared on March 19, 2018.
This year, a record number of nearly 1.06 lakh students have applied for Maharashtra-common entrance test (MAH CET) for Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Management Studies (MMS) courses. Last year, as many as 88,226 candidates appeared for the exam while the total number of applicants for the MAH CET 2017 examination was 94,679.
Following are the different categories of institutions that will select candidates based on MAH CET 2018 score. These institutes should be approved and recognised by the Maharashtra government and be affiliated to any of the Non-Agricultural Universities in Maharashtra:
