GITAM computer science engineering student creates AI conversational bot 'Adhvika'
GITAM School of Technology’s entrepreneurship and innovation cell helped its BTech CSE student develop the bot.

NEW DELHI: Devaraju Vamsi Krishnam Raju, a second-year student of computer science and engineering (artificial intelligence and machine learning) at GITAM School of Technology Hyderabad has developed an AI conversational bot, Adhvika. The bot has a 96% accuracy, was created using natural language processing (NL) in deep learning, and “has a feed forward neural network acting as its brain”, said the statement from GITAM.
In the creation of the bot, Raju was supported by the GITAM Venture Development Center.

Vamsi is now working on a child bot, 'Pertinence' which will be for the use of corporations.
GITAM: New AI bot
Pertinence is specifically designed for corporate use, will be customisable and provide “professional operational assistance across various industries” . “This groundbreaking innovation utilises advanced technology to facilitate natural and engaging conversations,” says the statement.
“The client-oriented and customizable nature of Pertinence” allows client corporations to “leverage their own data and receive relevant suggestions and analysis based on the trained information”, says the statement from GITAM. “The bot's multifunctionality makes it suitable for a wide range of corporate needs, whether it'd be banking, education, book publishing, consultancy services, product-based companies, media agencies, healthcare, or retail.”
