NEW DELHI: The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) is expected to conduct Haryana Common Eligibility Test (CET) 2025 in May, according to chief minister Nayab Singh Saini. CM Saini further stated that certain modifications have been made to the Haryana CET 2025 exam based on suggestions from candidates.
Previously, four candidates were shortlisted for one post during the Haryana CET selection process. However, based on the feedback from candidates, the ratio has been increased to 10 candidates per post. “CET exam will be conducted in the coming month of May as per the new rules and norms: Chief Minister,” CMO Haryana posted on official X account.
The Haryana CET exam will be conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates for various Group C posts under Haryana CET 2025. Earlier, the Haryana government had announced that Common Eligibility Test (CET) pass candidates will receive Rs 9,000 per month for two years if they do not secure a job within a year.
Chief Minister Nayab Saini announced that during the winter session of the Haryana assembly. “Big announcement during the winter session of Haryana Assembly. If a CET pass candidate does not get a job, the government will give Rs 9,000 per month for 2 years,” said the chief minister’s office in a post on X.
Among other decisions on government recruitments, the Haryana chief minister announced that the classification of reservation for Scheduled Castes (SCs) in government jobs has been implemented with immediate effect.
