HP LEET 2025 exam on May 25; eligibility criteria, paper pattern

NEW DELHI: Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board has announced the Himachal Pradesh Lateral Entry Entrance Test (HP LEET) 2025 exam date. As per the official announcement, the HP LEET 2025 exam will be conducted on May 25. The HP LEET 2025 exam will be held in a single shift from 10 am to 12 pm.
The HP LEET 2025 application form is yet to be out. Once out, interested and eligible candidates will be able to fill up the HP LEET 2025 registration form by visiting the official website, hptechboard.com.
Candidates will be required to pay an application fee to complete the registration process. The HP LEET 2025 registration fee for General candidates is Rs 600. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) will be required to pay Rs 400 as HP LEET 2025 registration fee.

- Candidates are required to have passed Class 12 exam from any recognized board with physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects along with mathematics or biology
- Candidates are required to have passed Class 12 Science with mathematics or technical vocational subject as one of the subjects
- Candidates are required to have passed Class 10 with two years IТI under NCVТ, SCVT or СОЕ in the engineering stream.

HP LEET 2025 exam pattern
The HP LEET 2025 exam will be held offline in pen and paper mode. The duration of the HP LEET 2025 exam is 2 hours. The language of the paper will be English. The exam will be divided into 4 sections- mathematics, physics, chemistry, General Knowledge (GK). There will be a total of 100 multiple-choice questions. The HP LEET 2025 exam carries a total of 400 marks. Candidates will get 4 marks for each correct answer and there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
