HPPSC Main 2023 admit card out at hppsc.hp.gov.in; syllabus, exam pattern

Himachal Pradesh will conduct the HPPSC finance accounts and service recruitment mains exam 2023 from September 26 to 28.
NEW DELHI: Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has issued the admit card for Finance and Accounts Service recruitment mains exam 2023. Candidates who have applied for the exam will be able to download the HPPSC Mains admit card 2023 from the official website, hppsc.hp.gov.in.
As per the schedule, the HPPSC HPF and AS Mains examination will be conducted on September 26, 27, and 28 between 11 AM to 2 PM. To download the HPPSC admit card 2023, candidates will have to key in user id, password and captcha code on HPPSC login window.
Those candidates who qualify HPPSC prelims and mains exams will be considered for the recruitment. The appointment of the trainee candidate in the finance department after successful completion of part-I and part-II examination will be subject to the obtaining of the Vigilance Clearance Certificate.

Candidates should obtain 50% marks in each paper to qualify for the recruitment.

Paper 1 |
Precis, letter writing, noting and drafting and other general questions. The questions from English or Hindi will carry 75 marks each. |

Paper 2 |
Questions will be on rules relating to pay fixation, pension, TA, LTC, Leave and GPF. |

Paper 3 |
Questions on fundamental rules and supplementary rules and Himachal Pradesh financial rules, 2009. |
Each paper will carry 150 marks and candidates will get three hours duration to complete the exam. Applicants will get five chances to clear the exam. The medium of HPPSC Main 2023 examination will be English except for paper I for which the medium of exam will be both English and Hindi part wise.
