Check NowNEW DELHI : Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations has issued a notice on the official website which says, ICSE 10th exam 2021 cancelled for this year. Earlier, these exams were optional for students but now ICSE exam 2021 stands cancelled. The decision to cancel the ICSE board exam 2021 has been made due to worsening the COVID-19 situation.
The council says that the safety and well being of students and teachers is the top priority and of paramount interest.
ICSE result 2021 date
Now, the board will develop a 'fair and an unbiased criterion’ for ICSE exam 2021 evaluation and based on this, students will get marks. The results will be prepared as per the new ICSE criterion to be announced later along with the result date. So keep checking the official website to stay updated.
Apart from ICSE, the notification says that the status of ISC Class 12 exam 2021 is the same as announced in the circular of ISC exam postponed (dated April 16, 2021.)
ICSE Board exam 2021 latest update
As per the latest information from the council, Class 10 exams of the ICSE board have been cancelled and the council has advised all the affiliated schools (having ISC section) to begin the admission process for Class 11, if not started yet.
The council suggested the schools to make a schedule for Class 11 online classes and begin the classes at the earliest. They should follow the ISC 2023 syllabus as given on CISCE official website.
