NEW DELHI: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has once again extended the last date of application form submission for fresh online Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programmes. Candidates applying for fresh admission for all ODL programmes except certificate programmes for the July 2023 session can register till October 20.
The IGNOU July session registration 2023 link is available on the official website, ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
“The last date for "Re-registration" for all programmes offered in ODL/Online mode for the July 2023 session has been extended again till 20th October 2023 with late fee of Rs 200,” the university informed.
Eligible candidates can also apply for scholarships on the National Scholarship Portal at scholarships.gov.in after confirmation of admission.
IGNOU July registration 2023: Documents
Candidates should keep the scanned copies of the following documents ready before filling up the application form.
- Photograph - less than 100 KB
- Signature - less than 100 KB)
- Copy of relevant educational qualification - less than 200 KB
- Copy of experience certificate if any - less than 200 KB
- Copy of category certificate, if SC, ST, OBC - less than 200 KB
IGNOU fees refund policy
The university charges a non-refundable registration fee along with the course fee of first semester, year at the time of admission.
As per the university’s refund policy, if a candidate cancels the application before the confirmation of admission, full programme fee will be refunded. In case a candidate cancels the application within 15 days after confirmation, programme fee will be refunded after deducting Rs 500. Those who inform about the cancellation within 16-90 days, refund will be initiated after deducting Rs 1,000. No refund will be made beyond 90 days.
