IIM Kashipur begins applications for executive MBA programme; apply before February 21

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) Kashipur has started the applications for the two-year executive MBA (E-MBA) programme 2025-27. The programme is designed to offer 60% online and 40% offline sessions to ensure flexibility for candidates. The last date for registration is February 21.

The offline sessions will be held at the IIM Kashipur campus and will offer an opportunity for candidates to attend in-person learning. Candidates can apply for the executive MBA programme through the official website, iimkashipur.ac.in.

To apply for the course, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree recognized by UGC, AIU with a minimum aggregate of 50% for general, 47% for NC-OBC, and 45% for SC, ST, and DAP categories. Additionally, candidates must also have a minimum of three years of managerial, entrepreneurial, or professional experience after graduation.

“IIM Kashipur is ranked 23rd in NIRF and 10th in Times B-School rankings, the institute is a member of the Business Education Alliance - AACSB, ensuring high global education standards,” the IIM Kashipur statement said.

IIM Kashipur’s E-MBA course selection

IIM Kashipur aims to select candidates from various industries and professional backgrounds. The selection process includes having valid a CAT or GMAT score from the last two years. Or candidates can opt for the Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) conducted by IIM Kashipur.

Candidates will be required to appear for a personal interview (PI) round in which their leadership skills will be assessed. The final merit list will be based on the CAT, GMAT, or EMAT scores, academic performance, work experience, and PI performance. The executive MBA curriculum includes management theory with real-world applications.

“Participants will gain expertise in key domains such as marketing, business analytics, strategy, finance, leadership, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. The programme also offers a campus immersion experience, leadership development modules, and global exposure through collaborations,” the IIM statement adds.
