The Union Minister of Education, Ramesh Pokhriyal, today, January 7, announced the JEE Advanced 2021 date. The Minister said through his Twitter handle that JEE Advanced exam 2021 will be conducted on July 3.

The minister has also announced the revised JEE Advanced eligibility criteria for the upcoming session. The 75% criteria for JEE Advanced 2021 has been relaxed. Given below are the major pointers to be noted:

IIT Kharagpur will be the conducting body for JEE Advanced 2021 session.

JEE Advanced exam date 2021 is July 3.

As per the relaxed JEE Advanced eligibility, candidates do not need to secure a minimum of 75% marks in qualifying examination. Candidates only need to pass in the qualifying as was the case for JEE Advanced 2020.
About JEE Advanced
The second tier Joint entrance examination for Engineering is JEE Advanced. It is conducted by one of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) for B.Tech admissions. JEE Advanced 2021 will be conducted by IIT Kharagpur and top 2,50,000 JEE Main 2021 rank holders will be eligible for IIT admissions.
