Multiple choice in all subjects were easy to moderate, 1 or 2 hard, Non negative integers : can be moderate but lengthy ( all subjects)
Physics: Mechanics is covered in paper 2 and easy and some hard
Chemistry: physical part is significant and have calculations
Inorganic and organic are easy to moderate
Maths : some questions are easy to moderate
Some are moderate to hard

Physics- The Physics portion was considered easy to moderate by a majority section of students. 6 questions from Mechanics, 6 from electrodynamics, 3 from modern physics, 2 each from optics and heat and thermodynamics constituted the paper. About 7 questions was observed to easy, 9 were observed to be moderate and the remaining 3 were difficult.
Chemistry- This segment was tricky to some students. The topic coverage was complete. There was about 7 question word from physical chemistry, 6 from inorganic chemistry and the remaining six from organic chemistry, students found this section moderate to difficult. About 5 questions can be categorized on easy 12 questions were of moderate and two questions for difficult.
Mathematics- Mathematics portion was the two largest of all subjects there were about 5 questions from algebra 7 questions from calculus and 5 question from co-ordinate geometry question were also asked from vectors and trigonometry. There were very few easy pickings in this portion student of open that only two questions was easy 13 question were moderate whereas for question word of difficult category overall difficulty level wise the order is M>C>P.

Only those candidates who are among the top 2,50,000 successful candidates (including all categories) in B.E./B.Tech. Paper of JEE Main 2021 are eligible for JEE Advanced 2021 exam. This year, the IIT Kharagpur introduced many changes in JEE Advanced exam 2021 such as changes in number of exam centres, supernumerary seats for female candidates and JEE Advanced 2020 aspirants.
This year, the authorities have allowed JEE Advanced 202o aspirants to appear in the entrance exam. Candidates who successfully registered for JEE Advanced 2020 but were absent in both the papers, i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2, of JEE Advanced 2020 are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2021 and do not need to fulfil the eligibility criteria released by the authorities. However, such students were required to successfully register for the JEE Advanced 2021 in the online registration portal and pay the registration fee before the last date.
Since the JEE Advanced 2021 exam is being conducted amid COVID-19 pandemic, the authorities have released an advisory related to COVID-19. As per the notice, adequate measures will be implemented for the safety of all without compromising the high standards, sanctity, and fairness in conduct of the IIT JEE Advanced 2021 exam.
The authorities have started the JEE Advanced 2021 paper 1 exam at 9 am today. The paper 1 of JEE Advanced 2021 will be concluded at 12 PM. Candidates will be provided here with the JEE Advanced 2021 paper analysis soon after the conclusion of the exam.
Candidates are required to carry the JEE Advanced 2021 self-declaration form along with other documents. The self-declaration form consists of declarations from students regarding any symptoms of cough, fever, breathlessness, sore throat/ runny nose or body ache in the last 14 days. Female aspirants should not wear jewellery like Rings, bracelet, earrings, pendants, charms, nose pin, chain/ necklace, badge, brooch etc.

If religion/ customs require candidates to wear specific attire, they are advised to report at the JEE Advanced 2021 exam centre early.
The entry to JEE Advanced exam centres has begun. The authorities have set the following guidelines for JEE Advanced at the time of entry.
Candidates must wear their own mask at all times and are strongly advised to carry their own bottle of sanitizer as well as their own transparent bottle of water.
Candidates need to maintain social distancing at all times. Queue manager/ropes and Floor Marks will be arranged outside the Test Centre. Candidates are to follow the instructions provided by Test Centre staff.
Lab/Hall/Room number will not be displayed outside the Test Centre to avoid any crowding at any one place in any situation. Instead, this detail will be informed to the candidates when the barcode on the Admit Card is scanned.
Candidates will be required to sanitize their hands by washing with soap and with Hand Sanitizer before entry into the Test Centre. Hand sanitizer will be available at various locations in the Test.
Students have started reaching out at the exam centres for the JEE Advanced 2021 exam. Candidates must follow all COVID-19 protocols and social distancing at the exam centres. JEE Advanced paper 1 will start at 9.00 am and will conclude at 12.00 noon.

At the time of entry, the invigilators will check the filled in COVID-19 self-declaration (Undertaking) on the admit card, and the body temperature (using Thermo Guns). Also, the staff will guide the candidate to respective labs after scanning the barcode on the admit card.
After the start of JEE Advanced 2021 paper 2 exam, candidates have to hand-over the admit card [duly filled and signed COVID-19 self-declaration (Undertaking)] to the invigilator.
Students have to mark their attendance in each of the papers by signing in beside their name in the space provided on the roll list.
Candidates who are going to appear in today’s JEE Advanced 2021 paper are required to carry the following items at the JEE Advanced exam centre.

The authorities will conduct the JEE Main 2021 in 2 shifts, morning shift starting from 9 am to 12 pm and afternoon shift starting from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

The Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur will conduct the JEE Advanced 2021 exam today, October 3. The Joint Entrance Examination Advanced 2021 will be conducted in two papers (Paper 1 and Paper 2) of three hours each. Also, appearing in both the papers is mandatory.
