Try NowNEW DELHI: The highest Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main rank at which a National Institute of Technology (NIT) closed admission to unreserved seats for BTech in Electronics and Communication engineering in the year 2021 was 3,105 at NIT Trichy for candidates from outside Tamil Nadu.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has rescheduled JEE Main 2022 dates for session 1 and 2. The JEE Main 2022 session 1 will now be held between June 20 to 29, 2022. Whereas, JEE Main 2022 session 2 exams will be held from July 21 to 30, 2022.

Students who aspire to take admission to BTech in Electronics and Communication in the NITs will be given admission based on their JEE Main 2022 rank. They will have to register for the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling 2022.

NIT cut-offs for BTech ECE
NIT cut-offs consist of opening and closing JEE Main rank 2021 for general and other reserved categories. Candidates who secure equal or more than the NIT cut-off released by JoSAA will be able to appear for the JoSAA counselling 2022.
Last year, six rounds of JoSAA counselling were held. Here are the closing ranks of BTech Electronics and Communication Engineering at NITs for gender-neutral seats in the general category.
