Try NowJEE Mains Result 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2026) session 1 result for over 13 lakh aspirants. Students can check and download the JEE Main scorecard through the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. A total of 12 students have scored 100 percentile in the JEE Mains 2026 session 1 and 24 candidates have obtained 99.99 %.

To check the JEE Mains result 2026, students will be required to enter their valid application number, password or date of birth.
The NTA also released the JEE Main final answer key on February 16, in which nine questions were dropped, all from mathematics and physics.

JEE Mains Toppers List
Of the total 13,04,653 candidates who appeared in the JEE Mains 2026 session 1 exam, only 12 boys have scored a perfect 100 percentile (NTA score) in the engineering college entrance test.

How to check JEE Main result 2026?
Candidates who appeared for JEE Main 2026 and are seeking admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs can follow the instructions below to check their session 1 results.
- Go to the official JEE Main website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the “Result of JEE (Main)–2026 [Session-I]” link.
- Enter your valid application number and password or date of birth.
- The JEE Main scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and take a printout of the JEE Main 2026 scorecard for your future use.
JEE Main 2026 session 2 registrations are open until February 25. Candidates who want to improve their JEE Mains scores can apply again. The NTA will conduct session 2 of the computer-based exam from April 2 to 9 in two shifts.
The JEE Main 2026 session 1 was held from January 21 to 29 in multiple shifts. Students who qualify in the JEE Main 2026 session 1 can also register for JoSAA counselling. Only the top 2.5 lakh qualifiers can appear for JEE Advanced 2026 to get admission to IITs.

JEE Main 2026 Cutoff Percentile
The National Testing Agency (NTA) declares percentile scores, calculated to the seventh decimal place. Last year’s JEE Main result for session 1 saw 14 candidates with 100 percentile scores.
A raw score between 109 and 100 can land a candidate just below the 95th percentile, based on previous years’ trends. A rough conversion table is given below.
