LSAT India 2021 exam to be held from May 10 in online, remote-proctored mode; application to open shortly

New Delhi : The Law School Admission Council (LSAC) has announced that it will conduct the LSAT India 2021 from May 10. Like in the last session, LSAT India 2021 too will be conducted in online, remote-proctored mode given the pandemic situation hasn’t abated yet. Consequently, applicants will be able to take the test from the safe confines of their homes or a place of their choice.

The online exam will be administered using artificial intelligence-assisted remote proctoring technology. The exam will be conducted over two weeks on several days and have multiple slots.

Speaking about the LSAT India 2021 test, LSAC’s President & CEO Kellye Testy said, “We are committed to ensuring that students can pursue their educational goals despite the ongoing pandemic. We made the switch from the traditional paper-and-pencil test to an online in-home test last spring in response to the COVID-19 emergency.”

She also said that the experience of having conducted the LSAT—India 2020 exam in online mode will help LSAC to improve the exam experience for students.

The online LSAT India application form 2021 is expected to start shortly; it was slated to start on November 6 but has got a little delayed. The last date to submit online LSAT India application form 2021 is April 20.

The LSAT India 2021 application fee may vary depending on when the candidate applies:

Application Fee :

• Registration before January 15, 2021 - Rs. 3499

• Registrations after January 15, 2021 - Rs. 3799

Once the registration process closes, scheduling details and instructions will be sent to the candidate.

The LSAT India 2021 exam is conducted by the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes offered by participating law colleges.
