LSAT India's highest scorer to get 6 lacs Scholarship

NEW DELHI, APRIL 1: The  Law School Admission Council (LSAC), USA, a U.S.-based, not-for-profit organisation in law education has announced that the student with the overall highest reported score in LSAT India entrance examination, to be held on June 2, 2019 test, will be awarded a maximum of ₹6 lacs scholarship. The initiative is to provide an opportunity for aspiring lawyers to study at some of the best law schools in India.

In commemoration of completing 10 years of administering the test in India, this scholarship demonstrates our continued commitment to nurturing and empowering law students to become world-class lawyers.”

The scholarship will cover tuition and halls of residence fees for the first year of a law programme at an LSAT—India™ associated law school, up to a maximum of ₹6 lac. Any unutilised amount from the first year can be rolled over to the subsequent year, and the scholar will have the opportunity to continue receiving the benefits of this scholarship to cover the second year of tuition and halls of residence fees if he/she secures an overall score in the top 5% (cumulative of both the semesters) of the batch in the first year of the programme. LSAC®will also have the scholar present during LSAT—India™ events.
