MP NEET UG Counselling 2025: DME extends mop-up round registration till October 22, revises schedule

Download EBookThe Directorate of Medical Education (DME) has further revised the schedule for the mop-up round of the Madhya Pradesh National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2025 counselling. Accordingly, the last date to register for the MP NEET UG counselling 2025 is October 22. Eligible medical aspirants can apply for the mop-up round on the official website at dme.mponline.gov.in.

The last date for online resignation by candidates allotted seats in round 1 and 2 and submitting option for upgradation is also October 22. The directorate will issue the revised state merit list and the eligible candidates list, along with the vacancies on October 23.
According to MP NEET UG counselling schedule 2025, registered candidates will have to fill and lock choices between October 23 and 25. Fresh choice-filling is mandatory for all candidates in this round.

DME said that candidates who have opted for upgradation for mop-up round and do not lock the fresh filled choices, will remain admitted in the previous admitted college. Candidates resigning by October 22 are liable to pay Rs 2 lakh in case of general candidates and Rs 10 lakh in case of NRI candidates.
Meanwhile, DME has notified that the MBBS seats in Sukh Sagar Medical College in MP’s Jabalpur have been increased from 150 to 200 seats in the NMC NEET UG 2025 seat matrix.
