Try NowNEW DELHI: The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG 2024) admit card release date is expected to be announced soon. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the NEET UG exam 2024 on May 5. This year, the NEET recorded around 24 lakh registration; which is nearly 4 lakh more students compared to last year.

The single-largest medical entrance examination will be held in pen and paper mode in 13 languages. As per the latest update, the exam is scheduled to be held in 557 cities and 14 cities abroad from 2 pm to 5.20 pm.
The testing agency has recently issued the NEET UG exam city intimation slip to give an idea about where the exam centre will be located. The NEET UG city slip is different from the admit card. Candidates will be able to download the NEET UG hall ticket from the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/ or neet.ntaonline.in.
The NTA has advised candidates to go through the exam day guidelines that will be published along with the neet.ntaonline.in admit card 2024 and follow them strictly during the exam.

NEET UG Hall Ticket 2024: Things to remember
Here are some important things to remember before downloading the NEET UG admit card 2024.
- The NEET admit card is issued only to candidates who have completed the registration process before the deadline.
- The hall ticket is provisional in nature and it does not confirm admission at any institute.
- In case of any discrepancy in the NEET hall ticket, candidates will have to immediately contact the helpline between 10 am to 5 pm or write an email to NTA at neet@nta.ac.in.
- The NTA clarified that the NEET UG admit card will not be sent by post.
- No duplicate copy of the hall ticket will be issued at the exam centres.
- Tampering with the details given in the admit card or changing any entry made will result in cancellation of candidature.
- Candidates are also advised to preserve their NTA NEET admit card till the completion of the admission process.
- NTA is facilitating all candidates with an additional platform of UMANG and
- DigiLocker to download admit cards.
- Candidates should use their application number, password or date of birth and security pin to download the NEET UG admit card.
