NMAT by GMAC registration deadline till October 13; exam from November 5

NEW DELHI : The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), has announced the extension of the NMAT by GMAC exam registration dates today, October 11. The last date to register for GMAC which was previously October 10 has been extended to October 13, in response to demand from aspiring candidates. The test scheduling deadline has also been extended till October 17, 2024, the official GMAT statement said.

GMAC testing window will commence from November 5 till December 20, 2024. Candidates will get two opportunities to improve their scores in the GMAC exam.
Interested candidates can apply for the GMAC exam at mba.com/exams/nmat. The exam will be held in 87 test locations across 83 cities in India. After the exam is concluded, candidates will be able to preview their scores instantly and scorecards will be made available within 48 hours of the exam, the official GMAC notice added
GMAC exam has continued to witness strong interest from MBA aspirants across India and globally, adds the GMAC note.
“To help candidates and schools continue to operate in this dynamic environment, GMAC continues to provide test centre options. The NMAT by GMAC exam enables candidates to apply to global schools in India, Philippines, South Africa, Nigeria, Hungary and Morocco, the official GMAC statement added.

About GMAT
The NMAT by GMAC is a computer-based exam and has three sections - language skills, quantitative skills, and logical reasoning. The registration window will be open till October 13, 2024, allowing candidates to choose the date, time, and city of the exam at the candidates' convenience.

GMAC scores are accepted by renowned institutions including – Indian School of Business, SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (Global Management Programme), TA Pai Management Institute (All MBA programmes), Flame University (MBA, MBA in Communication Management), Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab (MBA) part from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
