NEW DELHI: The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has announced the result for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) exam 2024. Candidates who appeared for the prelims exam can download the OSSC CHSL 2024 result by visiting the official website, ossc.gov.in.
Candidates must use their login credentials, which include their registered username, mobile number, or email ID, along with the password to download the OSSC CHSL 2024 provisional answer key. The OSSC CHSL 2024 exam was conducted on July 21 in a single session from 10 am to 12 pm.
The OSSC recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 673 vacancies in the commission. The OSSC CHSL 2024 selection process includes three stages: preliminary exam, main exam, and certificate verification.
A total of 2,352 candidates have been shortlisted for the mains examination. Candidates who qualified the prelims examination will have to appear for the mains examination.
OSSC CHSL 2024 marking scheme
The OSSC CHSL 2024 result will have important details such as total marks obtained, along with sectional marks if applicable, and indicate the candidate’s qualifying status—whether they have passed or failed the examination. Additionally, the result may include the candidate’s rank among all test-takers and the cut-off marks required to qualify for the next stage of the selection process.
The exam comprises 150 questions, each carrying one mark. A penalty of 0.25 marks will be applied for each incorrect answer. Candidates can calculate their expected score based on this marking scheme.
