Physics Wallah IOI announces Rs 5 crore in scholarships for CSE, management aspirants through PW CEE

NEW DELHI: The Physics Wallah (PW) Institute of Innovation (IOI) has announced a scholarship worth Rs 5 crore for students through the PW Common Entrance Exam (CEE). The scholarship is divided into three categories including a special allocation for the female candidates and students from economically weaker sections, the education platform said.
Students can apply for the PW CEE through the official website at pwioi.com. The entrance test will be conducted from February 21 to March 31, 2025 online in a proctored format.
“The PW IOI in itself is neither a college nor provides a degree. It’s a residential job-ready programme,” as per the official website of

. Notably, students, who qualify the CEE phase 1 exam, to be held in February, will be eligible for an “additional early bird scholarship of up to 20%,” it said.

More than 100 students received scholarships through the CEE and enrolled at the institute last year, as per the official statement by PW. The entrance exam is the gateway to get admissions into the School of Technology (SOT) and the School of Management (SOM) at the Physics Wallah, it added
PW CEE: Eligibility, course details
Students, who have completed their Class 12 education are eligible to apply for the CEE test. On the other hand, applicants, who have secured top ranks in Joint Entrance Examination (JEE), National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), Common University Entrance Test (CUET), and Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) can take direct admission without giving the CEE.
The courses offered by SOT include coding languages, data structures, operating systems and artificial intelligence, whereas SOM provides programmes in technological and managerial skills.
The PW CEE gives flexibility to the candidates to select their preferred exam slots from several available options. The first batch for the academic year 2025 will start in the second week of August.
