BHUFS has released a provisional combined open merit list of candidates that have approved their participation the the second round of NEET counselling. The list includes admissions in bachelor of medicine, bachelor of surgery [MBBS] and bachelor of dental surgery (BDS) courses in government and private medical, dental colleges, minority institutes and private universities in Punjab.

The NEET UG combined open merit list is provisional and not final. The list is prepared on the basis of the online data that is submitted by the candidates. Therefore, the candidates cannot claim any right over allotted seats declared in the provisional list and cannot challenge the claim in the court of law.
"In case the information filled by the candidates for NEET UG 85% State Quota seats is found inconsistent at any stage with the NTA Form (Confirmation Page), the candidature shall not be considered and liable to be cancelled as per terms and conditions of Punjab Govt. Notification No: 5/5/2021/-5HB-III/2221 dated 22.08.2022" said the BHUFS official notification.
This means that if there are any errors found in the application forms filled for the NEET UG state quota seats, the application will be considered invalid.
