Rajasthan NEET PG Counselling 2025 begins for 50% state quota seats; official website launched

Download nowSMS Medical College, Jaipur has opened the registrations for Rajasthan NEET PG counselling 2025 for admission to MD, MS, PG diploma courses based on NEET PG ranks. The official website, rajpgneet2025.in, for Rajasthan NEET PG counselling has been launched.
However, the round 1 schedule for 50% state quota counselling will be revised shortly in line with the MCC NEET PG counselling. The move comes after the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) recently extended choice-filling for the round 1 All India Quota (AIQ) admission process till further notice due to withdrawal of 169 PG DNB seats.
There will be four rounds of counselling process - round 1, round 2, round 3, and stray vacancy round – for admission to MD, MS, Post MBBS DNB, Post MBBS Diploma courses offered across government and private medical colleges in Rajasthan.
Applicants will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 4,000 to apply for the Rajasthan NEET PG admissions, whereas, SC, ST category candidates of Rajasthan state domicile will have to pay Rs 3,000 as application fee.
Only candidates who have qualified NEET PG 2025 and registered with the Rajasthan state PG counselling Board will be eligible for admission, it clarified.
As per the schedule released earlier by the board, the online application process will be closed on November 10 at 11.55 pm and the provisional merit list was slated to be published on November 12. However, this counselling schedule and fee details of private medical colleges will be updated shortly, the official notice read.

Should have obtained MBBS qualification recognised by National Medical Commission (NMC). Should have completed one year compulsory rotatory internship as on July 31, 2025. Should have registered with MCI/ NMC/ Rajasthan/ other state medical council. Should have obtained minimum qualifying NEET PG cut-off percentile. |

Weightage of bonus marks in the obtained NEET PG 2025 score shall be given to all eligible in-service candidates after verification by the Directorate of Medical and Health Department, Rajasthan. A separate merit list will be published by the board. |

Only regular in-service candidates will be considered for Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma. Candidates working on UTB will not be eligible. |
