JAIPUR: Two class 10 students of a government school in Rajasthan's Tonk district who scored above 90 per cent in their board examinations were sent on a trip to New Delhi in their first-ever flight travel experience. The initiative was taken by the school principal, Yogendra Singh Naruka, who had announced the reward earlier as an incentive to aim for academic excellence.

Tanmay Kumar Lodhi and Chandra Mohan Raigar, students of PM Shri Government Senior Secondary School in Raholi village, were flown from Jaipur to New Delhi after securing 95.50 per cent and 93.17 per cent marks, respectively.

During their visit to the national capital, the students were taken to prominent landmarks, including Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate and Kartavya Path.

The students expressed excitement over their first-ever flight experience. Naruka said the aim of education is not limited to textbook knowledge but also to inspire students to dream big. "If children receive proper guidance and encouragement, they can achieve success in any field," he said.

The initiative also drew praise from Rajasthan Agriculture Minister Kirori Lal Meena, who met the students at the Jaipur airport. He also appreciated the principal for sponsoring the trip. Parents and villagers also welcomed the effort, saying such initiatives boost students' confidence and motivate them to study well.
