SAU Admission 2024: Registration deadline extended till April 10; exam schedule

SAU Registration 2024: Interested candidates can apply for SAU admissions 2024 through the official website, sau.int.
NEW DELHI: South Asian University (SAU) has extended the registration deadline for for admission to various programmes including Bachelors, Masters, Integrated Masters, MTech and PhD for academic session 2024-25. The university will now accept online applications till April 10, 2024.
Interested candidates can apply for SAU admissions 2024 through the official website, sau.int. The SAU computer-based entrance test for these programmes is schedule to be conducted on April 20, 21 across South Asia at designated centres.
The programmes will be offered in the field of Economics, Biotechnology, Computer Science, International Relations, Legal Studies, Mathematics and Sociology.

SAU direct admission mode 2024
The SAU entrance test 2024 is compulsory for admission to most of the programmes, however direct admission will be available for some BTech, MTech, Integrated and PhD programmes.
The university has implemented a direct admission mode, exempting specific candidate categories from entrance tests. Selection will now be based on scores from recognised exams like JEE, GATE, and JRF, in addition to evaluation of applicants' CVs, SOPs, research proposals, and recommendation letters. Personal interviews will be conducted where necessary.
Furthermore, the Department of Computer Science has introduced new programs including BTech, Dual Degree (BTech+MTech), MTech, and integrated MSc+MTech starting this academic session. The South Asian University (SAU) intends to expand its program offerings in the near future.
