SBI Clerk 2023 registration begins tomorrow for 8,283 vacancies; notification, eligibility

SBI Clerk Notification 2023: The SBI Clerk prelims will be held in January 2024 and mains in February. Know salary, application fee for junior associates post.
NEW DELHI: State Bank of India will start the registration process for SBI Clerk (Junior associate) post from tomorrow, November 17, for 8,283 vacancies. It has published the detailed SBI Clerk notification 2023 on the official website, sbi.co.in. The SBI Clerk prelims is scheduled to be held in January 2024 and mains exam in February.
The SBI Clerk notification has details of state-wise and category-wise vacancies, eligibility criteria, reservation rules and exam pattern. Candidates can apply for vacancies in one state or union territory only.
The last date to register for the SBI junior associates examination is December 7. It has instructed candidates applying for the states of Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana to check operational areas for which they desire to apply.
Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable to trained apprentice of SBI who has completed the apprenticeship successfully in SBI on or before October 31, 2023.
SBI Clerk 2023: Eligibility
- Candidates should have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognised university or any equivalent qualification recognised by the central government.
- Candidates who have integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate and passed the course on or before December 31, 2023 are eligible.
- Those who are in the final year or semester of their graduation will also be eligible to apply, however, they will have to submit the proof that they passed the course on or before December 31, 2023.
The starting basic pay is Rs19,900 and Rs 17,900 plus two advance increments admissible to graduates. Applicants belonging to general, OBC, EWS categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 750 and those under reserved category will be exempted from paying any fee.
