Check Now!The SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) has issued the counselling schedule for the second round of phase 1 counselling. As per the official schedule, the SRMJEEE 2025 phase 1 round 2 seat allotment result will be announced on May 29.
The choice filling window for SRMJEEE 2025 phase 1 round 2 counselling is closed. This institute will allot seats based on the choices marked during the SRMJEEE 2025 choice filling process, based on seat availability and the cut-off criteria. The final allotment will depend on the candidate’s preferences, rank, and the number of seats remaining in the selected programmes.
Candidates allotted a seat in the second round of counselling will then have to pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 1,10,000. The amount includes a one-time, non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee of Rs 10,000 and the SRM counselling fee of Rs 1,00,000, which will be adjusted against the tuition fee. If the counselling fee is not paid within the specified time, the allotment will be cancelled.
The SRM Institute will conduct SRMJEEE counselling in three shifts. The counselling schedule for the second and third phases will be available soon after the entrance exam for each phase concludes.
SRMJEEE 2025 phase 2 exam will be held from June 12 to June 17, and phase 3 is set to be held from July 4 and July 5. The application deadlines for each phase are June 6 for phase 2 and June 30 for phase 3. “The allotment of seats in Phase-3 may subject to change depending on the availability of seats across the campuses,” institute said.

Documents required for SRMJEEE counselling 2025?
Candidates will have to keep the following documents ready for the SRMJEEE 2025 counselling process:
- SRMJEEE 2025 rank card
- Admit card or hall ticket of the qualifying examination
- Mark sheet of Class 12 or equivalent examination
- Mark sheet of Class 10 or equivalent examination (as proof of date of birth)
- Valid photo identity proof – both original and a photocopy
- Cancelled cheque leaf with the name of the candidate, parent or grandparent printed on it
- Payment receipt(s) for counselling fee paid via E-Pay facility or a demand draft
