Text your exam queries to NTA

NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency has put out a message to all aspirants on its official website regarding its helplines. With the uncertainty looming on account of the Coronavirus lockdown, NTA has set up helplines and announced five phone numbers. However, on account of a skeletal staff, the agency has also put up a message asking students to message instead of calling.
The message reads as, “As a Precaution against COVID - 19, our helpdesk is operating with limited resources. For exam related queries, text us on the given numbers. For all other queries, please check the website regularly. (These Numbers will be operational for short duration only, thank you for your understanding.)”

The helplines will be operational from 09:30 am to 05:30 pm. These helplines are for all the exams under the aegis of NTA and include NEET UG, JEE Main, UGC-NET Exam, CMAT, GPAT, AIAPGET, ICAR, DUET, Joint CSIR-UGC NET, JNUEE, IGNOU and NCHMCT JEE.
