The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an advisory for candidates applying for the University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test, UGC NET June 2026 examination scheduled between June 22 and 30. The agency has cautioned applicants to submit only one application form by carefully selecting their subject during registration. UGC NET will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode for 87 subjects.

Multiple applications submitted by the same candidate either for the same subject or different subjects will not be accepted. IN cases where it happens, NTA will consider the latest application form.
