University of Bath invites applications for professional doctorate in health
Eligible candidates can apply for the doctorate programme at the university's website, at bath.ac.uk. Know eligibility criteria, fee.

NEW DELHI : University of Bath has invited applications for professional doctorate in health for the academic session 2024-25. The part-time distance learning course will be offered by the university’s department of health. Candidates can apply for the doctorate programme on the university’s official website, bath.ac.uk. The deadline to apply for the course is October 2024.
As per the eligibility criteria, candidates should have a bachelor's degree, in an appropriate subject, with a final overall result equivalent to a first or a 2:1 to be eligible for the course.
Candidates are also required to be doing a practice-based role working in a health, social care, education, clinical, or medical context, and are expected to have an experience of at least one year in their field. Candidates will also have to also submit a professional reference from their employer or manager demonstrating their capability, explaining how the course will aid their professional development and that they will be able to meet the time requirements for their studies.
Students who have graduated within the last five years from an Indian university where the medium of instruction is English, and achieved at least 75% for English in their Indian 12th standard examinations will have to submit their evidence.
The university informed that the annual fee for the programme is 8,400 Euros.
“This course is designed for professionals with experience in the health, sport, and social care fields who are looking to develop their knowledge and skills as practitioners and researchers,” the University of Bath said in an official statement.
