UP Board Exam 2021 Class 10 and 12: What we know so far
UP Board Class 10 and 12 exams 2021 are postponed till May 20. However, due to the surge in COVID-19 cases, Uttar Pradesh 10th and 12th board exams can be postponed once again.

NEW DELHI: On April 15, UPMSP has postponed the UP Board Class 10 and 12 exams till May 20. Earlier, UP Board exams were scheduled to be held from May 8, 2021. After the postponement, the board announced that the new timetables for the UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 will be decided in the first week of May.

As per the Times of India report, “In view of the second wave of COVID-19 and the extension of lockdown in the state may lead to cancellation of UP Board examination 2021.”
It is found that the 17 officers out of 19 who handle the board exams tested positive for COVID-19 and won’t be able to join work.
Over 56 lakh students are waiting for the final decision on UP Board Class 10 and 12 exams . Considering the present situation, it is not possible to conduct the examination. Although, there is no official confirmation regarding cancellation or further postponement of the examination .
Students are advised to regularly check UP Board official websites to keep themselves updated. It is also expected that UP Board may conduct the examination in June-July, if the situation normalizes.
