UP NEET UG round 2 counselling 2023 registration begins today; apply by August 18

Students who have qualified NEET UG 2023 will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 2,000 and a security deposit of Rs 30,000 for UP state quota seats.
NEW DELHI: The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh will begin the UP NEET UG counselling round 2 registration 2023 today, August 16. Candidates who did not register for round 1 will have to submit the basic information on the official website, upneet.gov.in.
Along with the UP NEET UG round 2 registration 2023, candidates will have to pay the security deposit and get the documents verified between August 16 to 19. The UP NEET UG merit list 2023 will be published on August 19 and aspirants will be able to fill choices of preferred medical colleges and courses for MBBS, BDS admission 2023.
The online choice locking facility will be made available from August 21, 11 AM to August 24 till 11 AM.
Based on the choices filled by the candidates and the availability of seats, the UP NEET UG second allotment results will be announced either on August 25 or 26. The academic session will commence from September 1, the DMET, UP said earlier.
Students who have qualified NEET UG 2023 will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 2,000 and a security deposit of Rs 30,000 for UP state quota seats. Whereas, those interested in applying for private medical and dental college will have to deposit Rs 2 lakh and Rs 1 lakh for MBBS and BDS seats respectively.
How to register for UP NEET UG round 2 counselling
Applicants can follow the steps given below to fill the UP NEET UG counselling 2023 registration form.
- Visit the UP NEET UG official website, upneet.gov.in 2023.
- Click on the ‘Registration UG (MBBS/BDS)’ link on the homepage under the registration section.
- Enter name, NEET UG roll number and basic details to generate login credentials.
- Login again using the credentials generated to fill the application form.
- Add personal, academic details and upload required documents as per specified format.
