UPSC ESE Main 2025 exam on August 10 in two shifts

UPSC ESE Main 2025 time table out on upsc.gov.in. The exam will be held for two papers in civil, mechanical, electrical, and electronics and telecommunication engineering.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued the time table for the Engineering Services (Main) Examination 2025. UPSC ESE Mains 2025 will be conducted on August 10, 2025 in two shifts.
As per UPSC ESE Main 2025 time table, the exam will be held for a duration of three hours and include two discipline specific papers. The papers will take place in two shifts – session 1 from 9 am to 12 noon and session 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Each paper will carry 300 marks.
Candidates will be able to download the UPSC ESE Main admit card 2025 on the official website, upsc.gov.in, which will also mention the exam-day instructions and things to carry along with the venue of the allotted exam centre.

Candidates who cleared UPSC ESE Prelims exam are eligible to appear for the Main exam. UPSC ESE Prelims result 2025 was declared on June 21.
The commission already informed earlier that UPSC ESE cut-off 2025 and marks of recommended candidates will be published only after the declaration of the final result.
UPSC ESE 2025 recruitment comprises three stages - preliminary exam, Main exam, and personality test. UPSC aims to fill 232 vacancies in the different engineering departments based on the examination results.
