VITMEE, VITREE 2024 tomorrow; exam day guidelines

Vellore Institute of Technology is conducting the VITMEE and VITREE for admission into MTech and PhD programmes, respectively.
NEW DELHI: Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) will conduct the VITREE and VITMEE on May 5 from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Applicants can download the VITEE and VITMEE admit card on the official website, admissions.vit.ac.in. VIT will conduct the Vellore Institute of Technology Research Entrance Examination (VITREE 2024) for admission into PhD programme.
New: VITMEE Syllabus 2026
VITMEE will be held for admission into MTech programmes offered by VIT at its Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal and Andhra Pradesh campus. Candidates appearing for the computer-based test will have to carry admit card, along with a valid government identity card. Candidates will have to reach the examination hall at least 1 hour before the start of examination. No students will be allowed to enter the exam centre after 2.15 pm.
Exam will consist of multiple choice questions with question numbers appearing at the top centre of the computer screen and the time left for the exam to be completed. For each question, the candidate has to select the right option using the mouse. Candidates will be allowed to change their answer any time during the exam duration.

They will have to follow the following instructions:
- Students should bring a pencil or pen to carry out any rough calculations.
- Under any circumstances, candidates will not be permitted to take an extra time, unless otherwise permitted by centre superintendents.
- They will be allotted a computer system by hall invigilator to attend the CBT exam.
- Candidates cannot carry any text material, slide rulers, log tables, electronic watches with the facility of calculator, mobile phones and any other electronic devices.
