Try NowNEW DELHI: The Xavier School of Management will conduct the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2025 on January 5 from 2 pm to 5 pm. XAT 2025 result will likely be announced in the last week of January 2025. The XLRI selection process through XAT 2025 includes meeting entrance exam cut-off, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

The XAT admit card 2025 was issued on December 26. Interested and registered candidates can download the XAT 2025 admit card by visiting the official website at xatonline.in. The XAT 2025 cut-offs will be announced after result declaration in February 2025. The XLRI selection process 2025 will be held in February in Delhi, Kolkata, Jamshedpur and Bangalore.
XAT 2025 selection process
The XLRI XAT 2025 selection process comprises the following:
- XAT 2025
Candidates are required to appear for XAT 2025 and qualify the exam.
- Shortlisting
Based on XAT 2025 cut-off scores, XLRI shortlists candidates for the next stage of the selection process. The cut-off for shortlisting varies by programme and category. The XAT cut offs 2025 will be different for engineering, non-engineering, male and female students.
- Group Discussion (GD) or Written Ability Test (WAT)
Shortlisted candidates may be required to participate in a GD depending on the specific programme and college.
- Personal Interview (PI)
Candidates will have to participate in PI round. The PI assess their aptitude, communication skills, personality, and suitability for the programme.

- Final selection
The XAT 2025 final selection will be based on a composite score, which includes XAT score, GD performance, PI performance, academic background, work experience (if any).
- Admission offer
Selected candidates receive admission offers and will be required to confirm their acceptance by paying the requisite fees.
XAT 2024 cut-off
As per the XAT 2024 cut-off, the PGDM-BM had higher cut-offs across all categories and sections, specially for engineering students. In contrast, PGDM-HRM had relatively lower cut-offs, especially for female and non-engineering candidates.
In PGDM-BM, the quantitative ability section had the highest cut-off for all categories, with 86 for male engineering candidates and 81 for female engineering students. In PGDM-HRM, the VALR section has higher cut-offs, compared to other sections.
