NEW DELHI: All India Student's Union (AISU) has lodged a formal complaint addressing the tragic deaths of two school children in Bihar. According to AISU, the reopening of schools in severe cold conditions led to these heart-wrenching incidents. The decision to reopen schools in such conditions appears to violate established child rights and safety norms.
The complainant urges immediate enforcement of child rights and appropriate legal measures against the authorities responsible for the decision to reopen schools in extreme weather, as it contributed to the adverse consequences.
