AILET 2020 to be conducted on August 9 in pen-paper-mode; remote-proctored mode kept as back-up

Try NowNew Delhi: The Registrar of NLU Delhi has notified that the much delayed AILET 2020 entrance exam will now be conducted tentatively on August 9, from 10 - 10.30 am. The exam was originally scheduled for May 3, but was first postponed to May 31 , and then indefinitely in view of the COVID-19 situation.
The university says that the exam as of now will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode, but if there is any difficulty in conducting the exam the traditional way then they may also explore possibilities of conducting it in online mode. The exam in that case will be proctored remotely using AI-enabled technology.
In the scenario, the exam moves to online remote proctored mode, all registered candidates will be informed in advance by the university.

Exam officials are also exploring the possibility of conducting the exam in ONLINE remote-proctored mode using AI-technology if pen-and-paper mode is not possible due to the lockdown. |
NLU Delhi will start issuing AILET 2020 admit cards for successfully registered candidates from July 24 onward. The applicant will be able to download the AILET admit card from the nludelhi.ac.in website by entering their name, application number, course and DOB.
AILET 2020 exam is being conducted by NLU Delhi for admitting candidates to its BA LLB and LLM programs.
