NEW DELHI- The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will soon begin the AP ICET 2021 counselling process in online mode on the official website- sche.ap.gov.in. Those candidates who have qualified for the AP ICET 2021 entrance test are eligible to participate in the counselling process. In order to appear for the AP ICET counselling process, candidates will be required to pay the processing fee in online mode. After paying the AP ICET process fee candidates will have to appear for certificate verification.
Once APSCHE announces the AP ICET counselling process, candidates will have to register for the same. APSCHE will release the rank wise document verification schedule along with the list of helpline centres where the document verification will take place. AP ICET counselling round will be conducted over multiple rounds. After the conclusion of AP ICET, each round the college wise seat allotment will be released on the official website.
AP ICET counselling 2021- Eligibility criteria

Only candidates who have qualified AP ICET 2021 entrance test with required qualifying marks nd have 50 percent (General category) and 45 percent (for reserved category candidates) in total aggregate in graduation are eligible to participate in AP ICET counselling.

Issuance of AP ICET counselling notification- APSCHE will release a notification in which authorities will release the schedule of AP ICET counselling includes Verification of Certificates and Schedule for Exercising options.

Certificate verification- Candidates who will be called for AP ICET counselling rounds need to produce the following documents.

AP ICET hall ticket

Rank card

SSC/ Inter/ degree or equivalent marks memo

Bonafide certificate from IX to degree

Caste certificate of SC/ ST/ BC/ Minorities

Income certificate which should be issued by MRO

PH/ CAP/ NCC/ Sports and Games certificate (if applicable)

Transfer certificate

Exercising options- After the conclusion of certificate verification, candidates will be provided with a blank form (specimen), a list of AP ICET participating colleges with the courses offered by them with course code. Candidates can list out the name of colleges and courses as per their preference.

Options modification and freezing- If a candidate wants to change or modify their college preference within the allotted time. After modifying the options candidates will have to freeze the same.

Final allotment of seats- based on the exercised options and by considering merit list and candidates category (SC/ ST/ PH/ BC/ CAP/ NCC/ Sports and games quota etc) seat allotment will take place. Authorities will release the final AP ICET seat allotment on the official website.

Payment of fees and reporting at colleges- If candidates will be able to find their names in the final allotment list then they will have to pay the admission fee and report at the college on the designated date.
