BSEB 12th Answer Sheet Evaluation 2026: Guidelines
The guidelines for teachers for BSEB 12th answer sheet evaluation 2026 are as follows.
The heads of the Class 12 schools are requested to ensure that the receipt of appointment letters for teachers currently working in their institution from the district education officer's office, either personally or through a duly authorised representative, is provided to the concerned teachers and relieve them from evaluation work.
At the evaluation centre, the entry of marks from the answer sheets onto the Award Sheet and Marks Foil is to be done by MPP (Marks Posting Personnel). From the list of MPPs sent by the district education officer's office, MPPs are selected centre-wise as per requirement, and their appointment letters are uploaded on the committee's website.
BSEB has requested all education officers to ensure that the appointment letters of the co-examiners are received by the heads of the Class 12 schools, colleges or their duly authorised representatives and distributed to the concerned teachers.
“If any MPP does not join the evaluation centre as determined, stern action will be taken against them under the relevant sections of the Bihar School Examination Board Act, 1981, after obtaining an explanation from them. All concerned are requested to cooperate in the high-quality evaluation of the answer sheets,” the official BSEB notice said.
