The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will conduct the Bihar medical and dental admission for 85 per cent state quota seats in government and 100 per cent seats in private colleges. The Bihar MBBS/BDS admission 2021 will be granted on the basis of the scores obtained by the aspirants in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG).

In order to apply for Bihar NEET admissions 2021, each candidate must fulfil the domicile eligibility for the state. As per the previous year's data, as many as 1,125 MBBS and 243 BDS seats will be granted in the Bihar NEET 2021 counselling. Aspirants aiming to secure in the state must read further to know about Bihar MBBS, BDS domicile eligibility set by the counselling authorities.
NEET Bihar 2021 domicile criteria- Who can apply?
Given below are the eligibility guidelines of NEET 2021 domicile guidelines of Bihar under which an aspirant is considered a domicile of the state.

Candidates whose parent(s) are residents of Bihar or refugees settled in Bihar.

Aspirants whose parent(s) may belong to another state but are employed with the Bihar Government.

Candidates whose parent(s) were in service with the Bihar Government before the creation of Jharkhand, and whose services are transferable to either Bihar or Jharkhand Government.

Candidates whose parent(s) are employed with the Central Government or PSUs, State undertakings and are posted in Bihar.
NEET 2021 Bihar Admissions: Can candidates from other states apply?
No, as per the guidelines set by the state counselling authority of Bihar, only those candidates who fulfill the domicile requirements (mentioned above) are eligible to apply for medical and dental admissions.

About NEET Bihar 2021 MBBS/BDS Admission
The counselling authority will conduct the admission for Bihar medical and dental colleges on bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. A total of 2 rounds will be conducted in Bihar NEET 2021 counselling , following a mop-up round in the end for vacant seats (if any). In the counselling session, aspirants will be required to register, pay fees and fill their choice of course/colleges.
On the basis of their choices, seat availability, candidate’s NEET 2021 rank and Bihar seat reservation policy, the seats will be granted. Candidates who will be granted admission will have to report to the college before the last date (to be informed by the authorities) to confirm the seat.
