BPSC TRE phase 3 registration starts at bpsc.bih.nic.in on February 10

Candidates applying for the BPSC TRE phase 3 will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 750.
NEW DELHI: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) will start the registration process of Bihar Teacher Recruitment Exam (TRE) phase 3 on February 2 on the official website, bpsc.bih.nic.in. Candidates can apply for primary (Classes 1 to 5), Middle (Classes 6 to 8), Secondary (Classes 9 and 10) and High (Classes 11 and 12) teachers’ posts till February 23 without late fee.
Candidates will be able to register for the BPSC TRE phase 1 till February 25. Candidates applying for the BPSC TRE phase 3 exam will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 750. However, female candidates and those belonging from reserved category will have to submit Rs 200 as registration fee. The biometric fee for all categories is Rs 200.
Candidates applying for the posts of school teachers under the Bihar education department and scheduled castes and scheduled tribes welfare department should be a citizen of India. The candidates should possess the educational and training qualifications prescribed by the National Teacher Education Council. They should also have passed the Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test (BTET).

The revised eligibility criteria for BPSC TRE phase 3 2023 are as follows:
- BA or BSc and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education or
- BA or BSc with at least 50% marks and Bachelor in Education or
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and Bachelor in Education (BEd) or
- Higher secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and four-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (BElEd) or
- Higher secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and four-year BA/BSc-Ed or BAEd/BScEd or
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and BEd (Special Education) or
- Post-graduation with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade and 3-year integrated BEd-MEd
- BCA degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education/BEd/BEd (special education)/MCA with at least 55% marks and 3-year integrated BEd-MEd or
- BTech and BEd or
- BSc (Bio-technology) and BSc (Electronics) and BEd.
