Give mock test
To gauge your performance at this point of time, the best way would be through CAT mock test. Understand the areas of improvement and keep an eye on the topics asked in each question. Try to fin resemblance between questions of same set / topic.
Time Management
Assess your average question solving ability. Note down the time you give in search questions and try to figure out where you can enhance your reading skills. Remember CAT will have some lengthy reading comprehensions and solving them within the 40 minutes time duration along with verbal ability questions can be a great deal if not preplanned properly.
Follow Reverse Strategy
If you are unable to select the answer out of the give options even after reading the question more than once, then try the reverse strategy. In this, read the options and go backwards and then read the question. This technique will help you figure out the right answer. However, do not mark answers blindly as negative marking scheme is involved.
Practice Regularly
Give 2 hours daily to VARC section fo CAT 2020 and solve as many questions you can. More the practice better the results. Question paper sets can be solved to understand the depth of any topic in VARC.
