IIM Kozhikode has raised the CAT 2025 answer key challenge to Rs 1,500. Earlier, the objection fee was Rs 1,200 per question. This year, over 2.58 lakh candidates appeared for the CAT 2025 exam, which was held at 339 test centres in 170 cities across the country.
CAT 2025 recorded an attendance of 86%, of which 2.95 lakh candidates registered for the exam.
As per the marking scheme, candidates will be given 3 marks for each correct answer, and 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. No marks will be deducted for unattempted questions.
Candidates will also have to attach the supporting documents while challenging the CAT provisional answer key 2025. If the objections are found to be correct, the challenge fee will be refunded to the candidates' bank account.

CAT Answer Key 2025: How to challenge?
The steps to challenge the IIM CAT provisional answer key 2025 are as follows.
- Visit the CAT official website
- Click on the “Candidate Login” tab available on the homepage.
- Enter the login credentials
- Fill in the details and click on the “Objection Form” tab
- Choose the Question number, section, and type of objection.
- Select one of the following options: None of the options is a correct answer; More than one option is the correct answer; Answer key is incorrect
- Enter any remarks if required.
- Pay the objection fee.
- Submit the CAT answer key objection form
IIM Kozhikode is expected to announce the results for CAT 2025 in the first week of January 2026. CAT 2025 exam is held for admission to top B-schools, IIMs and other MBA colleges across the country.
