Candidates will be able to raise objections against the CAT answer key 2025 on the official website, iimcat.ac.in, by December 10.

IIM Kozhikode published the CAT answer key and response sheet for over 2.58 lakh candidates. The exam was conducted across 339 centres in 170 cities in India.
IIMK has issued the CAT answer key 2025 for slots 1, 2, and 3 on the official website. Candidates can access the answer key using their ID and password. To raise objections, candidates will have to attach supporting documents to validate their claims.
The CAT 2025 results will be compiled and released on the basis of the final answer key. IIM Kozhikode is expected to announce the results in the first week of January 2026. The CAT 2025 exam was held online on November 30 across three shifts: Shift 1 from 8:30 to 10:30 am, Shift 2 from 12:30 to 2:30 pm, and Shift 3 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.
CAT Answer Key 2025: How to object?
The steps to object to the CAT provisional answer key 2025 are as follows.
- Visit the official website, iimcat.ac.in
- Click on the “Candidate Login” tab available.
- Enter the login credentials
- Fill in the candidate's personal details page and click on the “Objection Form” tab
- Choose the Question number, section, and type of objection. Select one of the following three: None of the options is a correct answer, more than one option is the correct answer, or the incorrect answer key.
- Enter any remarks if needed (remarks up to 500 words are allowed).
- Pay the required objection fee.
- Submit the CAT answer key objection form
As per the CAT 2025 marking scheme, candidates will be given 3 marks for each correct answer, 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer, and no marks will be deducted for unattempted questions.
