CBSE Board Exams 2025 LIVE: Class 10 English paper easy; exam analysis, answer key updates

Various coaching centres will share Class 10 CBSE English question paper along with answer key for reference.

The CBSE Class 10 board exams 2025 will end on March 18. The CBSE board exam 2025 for each subject last three hours.

A total of 17,88,165 students will appear for CBSE Class 12 board exams 2025. 

According to the dress code, students are required to appear for the CBSE 10th, 12th exams in their school uniforms only.

Bhargavi Satam, a student from Mumbai Public School Poonam Nagar, shared that the CBSE Class 10 English paper 2025 was much easier than expected. Bhargavi found the reading comprehension section simple and grammar section straightforward. While some tricky questions appeared in the literature section, she managed them well. Overall, Bhargavi felt the paper was simpler compared to her practice sessions and previous years' papers.

An English teacher from KV Munirka stated that the CBSE Class 10 English paper 2025 was easy, and questions were from the syllabus. She further said, "CBSE had informed that papers will be based on a new pattern of competency and the English paper was also competency based. Overall, whatever we had prepared the students for, the questions came accordingly."

Pratima Jha, HOD (English) at Silverline Prestige School, Ghaziabad, told India Today that the CBSE Class 10 English paper 2025 was well-structured and covered memory recall, comprehension, and application-based questions. However, she pointed out issues that the CBSE Class 10 English paper 2025 had errors, ambiguous questions, and repetition. 

The CBSE has confirmed that there is no syllabus reduction for Class 10 and 12 in board exams 2025. CBSE dismissed claims about a 15% syllabus cut and clarified that such reports were inaccurate.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, CBSE allowed students to appear for board exams in their own schools. However, this self-centre policy led to issues, including allegations of paper leaks and result manipulation in 2021 when the exams were conducted in two terms.

Teachers get the CBSE 2025 question papers only after the exam concludes. Once students leave the CBSE exam hall 2025, teachers will review the questions and share insights on the difficulty level, expected answers, and overall exam pattern.

Last year, the CBSE Class 10 results were declared on May 13. The CBSE Class 10 pass percentage stood at 93.60%.

A CBSE Class 10 2025 student told ANI that she was a little nervous but confident due to her good preparation. She also mentioned taking motivation from PM Narendra Modi’s Pariksha Pe Charcha event, where he advised students not to stress and recommended yoga for better concentration.

The CBSE 2025 Feb 15 exam will end at 1:30 pm. Students have been provided 3 hours to finish their paper. The CBSE 2025 exam is being conducted for English and Entrepreneurship subject today.  

CBSE has granted permission to Class 10 and 12 students from recently disaffiliated schools to appear for board exams. Additionally, these disaffiliated schools can apply for affiliation restoration up to the secondary level in the 2026-27 academic year.

The CBSE Class 10 Board exam 2025 grading system details are given below. 

As per TOI report, a dispute arose before the CBSE board exams 2025 between parents and the administration of Apeejay School, Saket, and Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park regarding CBSE 2025 admit cards. Parents alleged that the schools have increased fees and withheld CBSE admit cards 2025 for Class 10, 12 students due to pending dues. After intervention from the Department of Education (DoE) and the Child Welfare Committee, the schools issued the CBSE admit cards 2025 but parents had to sign an undertaking regarding pending fees.

The CBSE board exam 2025 for both Classes 10, 12 is being conducted in a single shift. As per the date sheet, CBSE board exam 2025 will be held from 9:30 pm to 1:30 pm.

Entry gate is open for CBSE 2025 board exam candidates. As per CBSE Class 10 board exam instructions 2025, no students will be allowed to enter the exam hall after 10 am.

The CBSE admit card 2025 is available at Pariksha Sangam portal. However, only school admins can download the CBSE admit card 2025 from the official website, parikshasangam.cbse.gov.in. CBSE admit card 2025 is a mandatory document to sit for the board exams.

As per CBSE Class 10 Board exam instructions 2025, wallets, chits, notes, food items and electronic devices are not allowed inside the hall. 

The Delhi Metro has announced special provisions for CBSE board exam 2025 students. Students carrying CBSE admit cards 2025 will get priority at security checks and while purchasing tickets at ticket office machines (TOM) and customer care (CC) centers.

Total 24, 12,072 students will sit for CBSE Class 10 board exams 2025. The CBSE Class 10 board exams 2025 will be held for English subject today, February 15.

According to CBSE board exam timing 2025, both Class 10, 12 papers will be conducted from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. 

CBSE Class 10 board exams 2025 will start with English communicative and English language and literature papers today, February 15. The board will begin CBSE Class 12 board exams 2025 with entrepreneurship paper.
