CBSE Class 10 English exam 2021-22 begins; Know CBSE 10th English marking scheme

CBSE has started conducting the CBSE 10th English term 1 exam today at 11:30 am. The CBSE term 1 English exam will conclude at 1 pm.
Students can access the subject-wise CBSE Class 10 syllabus for the 2025–26 academic session.

The OMR sheets were distributed and now students have started filling the OMR sheet. The CBSE Class 10 english question paper 2021 was distributed at 11:10 am. The CBSE Class 10 English exam duration is 90 minutes.

After completion of the CBSE Class 10 English exam , students can check the CBSE 10th English paper analysis and CBSE answer key 2021. They can also check unofficial CBSE English answer key 2021 to predict their probable score.

The total marks for the exam are 40 marks.

The paper contains 60 questions, out of which, students need to attempt 50 questions.

All questions carry equal marks.

There is no negative marking.
Experts will analyse the English (language and literature) exam. Students must check the CBSE Class 10 English exam analysis 2021 to predict their performance in the exam. CBSE will not release any answer key for students, however, the board will provide the answer key to examination centers to check OMR sheets. Students can check the unofficial CBSE answer key 2021 to estimate their probable score.
English is the last exam for CBSE Class 10 term exams 2021. It will conclude at 1 pm today. CBSE has divided the 2021-22 session into two terms: term 1 and term 2. The CBSE Class 10 term 2 exam will be conducted in February next year. Students are advised to regularly check CBSE official website to keep themselves updated.
