CEED 2026 registration ends in 10 days; IIT Bombay issues final reminder for MDes, PhD admissions

CEED 2027: Syllabus | Most Scoring Topics | Exam Pattern
Candidates seeking admission to the designing programmes at several IITs , Design Schools and result sharing institutes can apply for the entrance test through the official website at ceedapp.iitb.ac.in.
“CEED Candidate portal will not be available on Tuesday, 21st October 2025, between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, due to a maintenance activity. Any inconvenience is highly regretted,” as per the official website of IIT Bombay.
The registrations for the CEED 2026 began on October 1 at 5 pm and will be active till October 31. The registration fees for the CEED 2026 can be paid through the official website at ceed.iitb.ac.in.
The application fee with late charges of Rs 500 can be paid from November 1 to 7, 2025.

CEED 2026: Exam details
The engineering institute will conduct the CEED 2026 on January 18, 2026 from 9 am to 12 noon. The entrance test will consist of two parts, Part A and B. Candidates will be required to attempt questions from both the parts.
While part A will be held from 9 am to 10 am, part B will be conducted from 10 am to 12 noon.
As per the exam pattern, the computer-based test for part A will be held for 150 marks. One mark will be deducted for incorrect answers, while no marks will be awarded for not answering the question.
