CSAB NEUT 2023 registration ends today; round 1 allotment result on July 18

Use NowNEW DELHI: The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) will close the online registration process for the North Eastern States and Union Territories (NEUT) 2023 counselling today, July 3. Candidates can also upload the necessary documents till today through the official website, csab.nic.in. The verification of documents and finalisation of registration will end on July 7.
Based on the choice filling till July 12, CSAB will declare the round 1 seat allotment result on July 18. To check their seat allotment result, candidates will need to log in using their JEE Main application number and password. The seat allotment will be done on the basis of JEE Main 2023 ranks.

Qualified candidates who have been allotted seats can proceed with the payment of the seat acceptance fee of Rs 4,000 and exercise their options through the online mode from July 19 to July 24, 2023.
If there will be any remaining vacant seats after the completion of round 1 and round 2 of counselling, the exam authorities will organize the CSAB NEUT 2023 spot round. The specific information about the spot round will be announced by the respective Directorate of Technical Education of the northeastern states and union territories. During the spot round, candidates will be allotted seats based on their merit.
CSAB NEUT is a centralised admission process for engineering, technology and architecture programme admission in eight northeast states and four union territories.
