DTU hosts orientation programme for new MBA academic session 2024-25

DTU: New academic session begins for MBA batch 2024-25. RS Kalsi, executive board member of Maruti Suzuki, was the chief guest of the event.
NEW DELHI: Delhi School of Management at Delhi Technological University (DTU) commenced the new academic year of MBA batch 2024-2025 with an orientation programme. The event was attended by faculty members and dignitaries of IIT Delhi, FMS University of Delhi, TERI, GGSIPU, Jubilant Generics Ltd. Maruti Suzuki, Omnipresent, and StillAStory. They shared their insights with students.
Prateek Sharma, DTU vice chancellor spoke about universities legacy in the event.
DTU vice-chancellor Prateek Sharma encouraged students to draw inspiration from the legacy of Delhi Technological University and assured them of the university’s support. He further “emphasized the importance of contributing to a developed India as socially responsible individuals”.
Speaking at the event, the DTU head of department, Saurabh Aggarwal, highlighted the importance of personal and professional development and building lifelong connections.
Chief guest RS Kalsi, executive board member of Maruti Suzuki shared valuable insights regarding growth and successful change initiatives. He emphasised on the powerful quote, “You never know how far you can fly till you spread your wings”.
Additionally, a discussion around “Navigating the MBA Journey: Strategies for Success in a Technological Milieu” was moderated by —-. The industry experts spoke about technology for business growth and advancement and was open for student queries as well.
DTU said, “MBA orientation session was a success, inspiring and energising a new academic batch. With inspiration, the students prepared to start their life-changing adventure into the field of business management.”
